M1 is an FDA approved Entry-level Mandibular Repositioning Device (MRD). It's a possible treatment for snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea.

Clinical evidence shows that MRD gets superior results on AHI compared to upper airway surgery.

The Oral Appliance Therapy Clinical Guideline recommends that sleep physicians consider prescription of oral appliances for adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) who are intolerant of CPAP therapy or prefer alternate therapy.

Easy and quick molding to fit your mouth at home! You don't have to worry about going to see a dentist! M1 ensures a comfortable sleep without pain!

Effectively works for those who travel a lot or want to have a non-generator option for camping. It's simple to clean with a normal dental wash and come with a case!

How does M1 work?

The small plastic device fits over the teeth during sleep and helps prevent the collapse of the tongue and soft tissues in the back of the throat by holding the lower jaw in a forward position during sleep.

2 steps to know if M1 works for you!

1. Inhale and make a snoring noise.

2. extend your lower jaw to a forward position, now try to make the same snoring noise.

You should find it much more difficult to make a snoring noise in step 2, if any at all, this is an indication that M1 will work for you.

What you should know

Side effects

M1 has side effects just like all treatments. The most likely side effects are drooling, teeth uncomfortable, teeth movements that can change a person's bite, it will be more likely to occur with more use of M1. However, many users will gladly accept these for the chance to improve their snoring or sleep apnea.

Who can't use

People who have oral disease and unfilled cavities, people with gum disease, or people who are too overweight can't use M1, as the device will either damage your teeth or be ineffective. Any person who has trouble breathing through the nose or has irregularities with their heart should also be weary of using M1.
